Our cost-effective recloseable films are designed to run efficiently on high-speed flow wrapping machines, such as Horizontal Form Fill Seal Machines (HFFS) and Vertical Form Fill Seal Machines (VFFS). Whether for single-use or multiple-use products, our peelable and resealable lidding films keep items fresh, offer convenience, and reduce waste. They are securely sealed to various packaging types, extending the product shelf life in markets for produce, snacks, dairy, pasta, dips, hummus, and confections.

Sustainability targets are another key driver. Moving to recycle lidding film that matches the tray polymer makes it easier to design mono material packs that fit local recycling streams. Compared with complex multi material lids, this gives brands a clearer story on recyclability, while still giving them the barrier, seal performance and opening behaviour their product requires.
Lidding film is where rigid and flexible packaging meet. It is the thin technical layer that makes your PET or PP tray, cup or pot actually perform on shelf: keeping oxygen and moisture out, holding modified atmosphere in, sealing reliably at high speeds and still opening cleanly in the consumer’s hand.

For most producers, the challenge is not simply finding a lidding film but choosing a structure that balances product protection, machinability, sustainability and cost.
Whether you are planning a new MAP tray, moving from tubs to trays and cups, or shifting towards a more recyclable lidding film structure, our approach is to start from your product and your line reality, then work backwards.
Here are some of the most common queries we get about our reclosable films.
Re-closable films are used where the pack will be opened and closed several times. Common applications include sliced meats, cheese, deli products, snacks, bakery items and pet treats, as well as fresh produce and chilled prepared foods where portion control and freshness matter.
Re-closable film is a lidding film with a built in peel and reseal layer. The consumer peels the film back to open the pack, then presses it down again so it reseals to the tray or base film. This gives multiple openings without zips, labels or extra components, which keeps the pack simple and easy to recycle when used with mono material trays.
Yes. We supply re-closeable films for chilled cabinets, ambient shelves and dry goods. Once we know your product, temperature range and shelf life target, we can recommend a film that keeps seals secure, opens cleanly and maintains performance in the right conditions.
Yes. We can do sample sheets or trial rolls so you can test sealing, opening behaviour and machine compatibility on your own lines. This is often the best way to finalise the specification before you commit to a full order.
Yes. Our re-closable films are designed to run on common horizontal and vertical form fill seal and tray sealing lines. We match the seal layer, film thickness and slip properties to your equipment, so you can keep normal speeds without adding special hardware.
Yes. We offer recyclable films such as mono PET and mono PP lidding films designed to work with matching recyclable trays. These help brands move towards mono material packs that fit better with current recycling streams, while still giving the reseal performance and barrier needed for everyday use.
