How we work?

The steps involved in our packaging projects from concept to delivery.

01. Initial Meeting

Understanding your brand, target audience, and market positioning is essential. We engage our clients with an intensive discussion to understand their needs, goals, and technical specifications for the pouches. At this stage, we discuss dimensions, materials, and functionalities in detail.

02. Offering Tailored Solutions

We will work together with insights from our business development and technical teams to offer solutions that will meet your unique requirements. We will also add new and innovative solutions where necessary.

03. Artwork Submission

Our clients submit their design files you want to be printed on the pouches. High-quality vector formats such as .AI, .EPS, or .PDF are required. Our team assesses and confirms the suitability of these design elements.

04. Design Approval

Our internal design team takes over to ensure the compatibility of submitted graphic files with our printing technology. This ensures that the design you want is what gets printed.

05. Confirm Specification

Following the approval of digital design files, we finalise the product specification, ensuring each detail is aligned and approved, setting the stage for full-scale production.

06. Print Proof Approval

A digital print proof is prepared based on the design and specifications discussed. It can also be physically sent to you for approval before we proceed to the next phase. Physical proof delivery is important for orders printed for the first time to check colour accuracy and other details.

07. Printing

Here’s where the magic happens – transforming your packaging vision into reality within our state-of-the-art production facility. We kick off the process by printing the chosen material films using either our rotogravure, flexographic, or digital printing machines, tailored to the client’s print technique.

08. Lamination

After the printing is completed, we move on to the lamination process. Here, we laminate the printed layer with a sealing layer or barrier films, creating a strong composite structure. This process empowers us to create up to 4-layered structures that are resilient to both pasteurisation and sterilization, as well as straightforward solvent-free methods. The inclusion of a paper layer is also possible. Laminated products are cured in the lamination room for 2-7 days.

09. Conversion

Once the lamination process finishes, we move on to the conversion phase for premade pouch orders. Our cutting-edge machine park enables the production of a diverse range of pouches. This includes stand-up pouches featuring various zipper options, flat bottom pouches, quad seal bags with folded bottom, side gusseted pouches, 3-side seal bags, spout bags, and retort pouches. Our advanced technology ensures precision and versatility in crafting these packaging solutions to meet our clients’ unique specifications.

10. Quality Checks

Quality checks are conducted focusing on the print quality, lamination integrity, and seam strength of each pouch to ensure they meet our standards.

11. Delivery

Our commitment doesn’t end at production. Our dedicated customer service and logistics team ensure your pouches reach you as envisioned. We handle all logistics, coordinating with you to ensure the orders are delivered according to your preferred timeline. And with options like stock holding agreements, we aim to simplify your inventory management further.

12. After Sales

Upon receipt of the shipment, you are requested to conduct your own quality checks and confirm your satisfaction with the final product.
