What is the lead time for stock pouch orders?

We stock all of our pouches in our UK warehouse and offer same day dispatch for orders placed before 12.00 pm and next day dispatch for orders placed after 12.00 pm. Delivery usually takes 2 or 3 working days and in case you need your order urgent, you can consider express delivery options for some extra costs or use our same day collection service which is available in our warehouse.

Can I get better prices for larger quantities?

Packaging is a quantity sensitive product. Products offered on our web-site have a special discount set up and as you would check ordering multiple items or packs online, you will automatically be charged lower price in line with the quantity.

Do you offer price match?

Thanks to one of our best competitive advantage, if you find same products offered cheaper in any major retailer, online or instore, and we will match it. We also beat any UK prices taking a few things into consideration.

What is the minimum order quantity for stock pouches?

We sell a minimum quantity of 100 pieces of pouches. One case contains 100 pouches.

Can you send samples?

Yes, we are glad to send samples free of charge! Simply advise us of your delivery address and the sizes and colours of pouches that you wish to see.

Can I buy custom made packaging?

For custom sized and bespoke printed packaging our packaging specialists will discuss your requirements and offer the best option suited to your needs. If your design is ready, you can send it to us and we will email a proof to you as a PDF Document. It is vital that you check the proof thoroughly for content and positioning as you will be responsible for any errors. We will always require a proof approval before we can proceed to print. After we become sure everything is okay, we will go ahead and start manufacturing your package. 

What is the minimum quantity and lead time for custom printed pouches?

The minimum order quantity for custom printed pouches is 10,000 depending on the number of designs and although lead times change depending on the quantities ordered, it is usually between 4-6 weeks. 

Can you issue an invoice so that I can pay in advance?

We need to secure your customised printed orders with an advanced payment and always share a pro-forma invoice with you in order you to let you see all the costs. After we receive the initial payment, we will start your material supply and working on your design. A final VAT invoice will also be provided once the goods are ready to be dispatched.

Can you help me with the design of my order?

Yes, if you need your design to be revised or simply made from the stratch, our in house graphic team is always happy to work with you to make the perfect design for your packaging and enhance your brand positioning.

What is the correct size for our product?

The size will depend on your producy density and we always advise to check our free samples to find out the right size for your product. You could also consult our well experienced packaging specialists if you are not sure or satisfied regarding your choice.

What are your payment terms?

We provide direct delivery to your premises which will be free of taxes if ordered within the EU but import taxes and all other charges regarding delivery to non European countries are levied to the buyer.

Are your pouches Food Grade?

Yes we always use food grade materials for manufacturing our bags and pouches. We could provide any certifications that shows our products are food grade, if required.
