We work with recyclable mono material films and multi layer laminates. Depending on your product and shelf life, we can offer PE based, PP based or mixed structures, with the option to include high barrier properties.
Yes. All of our stand up pouches are made to order, so we can adjust size, material, barrier level, finish and print to suit your product. You can also add details such as resealable zippers, tear notches, valves, handles and windows.
We offer digital, flexographic and gravure printing, up to nine colours. This allows you to choose the best option for your volumes and artwork, from short runs and multiple designs to long running core ranges. Spot finishes, de metallised effects and paper touch textures are also possible.
Yes. We supply recyclable mono material stand up pouches, as well as more conventional laminates where required. For projects that genuinely suit it, we can also look at compostable packaging. Our role is to match sustainability goals with realistic performance on shelf and on your packing line.
All pouches are made to your own size. In practice we often produce stand up pouches from around 100 g up to larger refill and bulk formats, but we are not fixed to a set range. If you are unsure which size you need, we can review your product weight and density with you and suggest suitable dimensions. Samples can be provided.
Lead times depend on the specification and print method. Digital printed stand up pouches, are generally faster, while gravure printing need more time for cylinders and main production. Once we know your format, artwork and quantity, we can confirm a realistic lead time.
Yes. We can integrate different zippers, peel seals, top sliders, child resistant closures and aplix where needed. Laser scoring can also be added to make opening easier, particularly on thicker or higher barrier materials.
