Aropack offers a free next day delivery policy on orders of 2 or more boxes, within mainland UK. Customers may check the status of their order once payment is completed, by logging into the website (using 'Client Login'), or by clicking Order Status. If there are any questions related to the delivery of any order, we ask the customer to immediately contact our UK office staff.

If you need to return or exchange an item, we provide a 100% money back guarantee, with the following conditions:
If you find a defect with our product after purchase, immediately contact us to let us know the details of the problem. Then simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
We will issue a full refund on receipt. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item. Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days from receipt, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Return delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

You warrant that:
- the personal data which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and
- you will notify us immediately of any changes to the personal data by updating these details on your online account.
You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
