Process of Delivery

Once you have processed the payment, we will endeavour to despatch goods as quickly as possible which usually takes 1-3 days within UK Mainland and 2-3 days for deliveries to EU. Once the order has been dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to you along with your invoice, order number, tracking information to track your order.

Lead time for delivery

As with all orders, in order to guarantee next working day delivery, orders must be placed before 12pm Monday to Friday to allow us to dispatch your items the same day. Orders that are placed after 12pm or not on a working day will be scheduled for delivery within 48 hours. For deliveries across Europe please allow 4 to 5 days for any available stock.

Although we aim to get all of our orders out on time and take utmost care to hold a sufficient stock, higher quantities might not be always available for a quick despatch. In case of any delay with your order, we will send you an e mail by letting you know the exact delivery date.

Furthermore, from time to time the postal service can take a few days longer to delivery your items. If your order doesn’t arrive after 5 working days, please get in touch with you and we will firstly contact the courier to track your items and if this doesn’t rectify the situation we will arrange replacement.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery rate is £ 7 or free on orders over £250 and we aim to process and dispatch all orders the same day, with them being delivered to you in 2 to 3 days within UK. For small orders we use economical courrier service by providing tracking information for you to keep track on your package. For larger orders we work with a different courrier company who delivers on a next day basis for orders placed before 12pm with the rate of £ 8. For certain parts of the UK we have a different delivery pricing structure, which is based purely on our courier service, therefore delivery charges may be subject to change and you will be notified with the exact price during check out.Next Day DeliveryNext working day delivery is standard on all our products for the same flat rate of £8, no matter the size of your order.

Free Delivery

Orders over £250 are automatically eligible for free next working day and the discount will be applied during the checkout process.
